From Wednesday 26th April 2017, your pharmacist / chemist will no longer be able to order medicines on your behalf. You can do this yourself, however, either in person at the surgery, on our website, by post or fax.
If you are elderly, housebound or disabled you can also telephone us (between 10am – 12 noon and 2pm and 4pm) to request repeat prescriptions and other medicines.
Further details are available from the surgery if needed.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If you experience any problems please telephone the surgery.
