When the surgery is closed please ring NHS 111 or 999. All night and weekend calls are dealt with by the out of hours service commissioned by the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
When you telephone the out of hours service it will be received by the out of hours reception desk and your details will be taken. The doctor on duty will be able to speak to you personally.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
