writing_in_diaryThe Practice has changed its telephone system to an 0844 number to increase the number of phone lines into the Practice and route your call through to the right person.  0844 numbers cost 4.2p per minute to call which is equivalent to the BT standard daytime rate for the first minute of a call.

You can now book an appointment to see a doctor via this website - following a simple registration procedure.  Just call into reception, or drop us an email via the "Contact Details" page on this web site, and we will let you have your personalised registration details.

Morning Surgery following patient feedback morning surgery has now been changed to offer patients appointments with either a Doctor or the Nurse Practitioner.  Appointments will be available 48 hours in advance with an extra number of appointments available on the day for urgent cases.  Where ever possible a choice of doctor will be offered however for urgent cases we will offer a "next in line" policy.

Pre booked appointments are available each afternoon.

Our medical receptionists may well ask you to give an indication of why you need to see the doctor so that you can be booked in to the most appropriate appointment.

The surgery will be closed on the last Wednesday of each month between 12.30 and 2 PM for staff training

A minor illness clinic is available each morning between 8.30 and 10 am. Urgent appointments are available daily with the Nurse Practitioner or a Doctor in her absence.
